John Ferris

Principal Attorney

John-Ferris-optJohn Ferris has 25 years of experience as a personal injury lawyer. During that time he has successfully settled nearly 2000 cases. Mr. Ferris grew up in Rockford Illinois and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications as well as a Master’s degree in Education from the University of Illinois. He received his law degree from the University of Denver College of Law. John is a member of both the Colorado and Denver Bar Association’s as well as a member of the Colorado Trial Lawyer’s Association. John has allowed himself to continue furthering his passion for education in training and developing others by leading leadership programs for adults for 20 years as a volunteer. As a highly trained professional, he will design a strategy for you that will expedite the resolution of your case.

Ed W. Holub

Of Counsel

Born to Polish immigrant parents, Ed was raised on the rough streets of Irvington, N.J. He received his B.A. in Economics from Rutgers University in 1983. He promptly abandoned the East Coast and moved to San Diego. There, he obtained his MBA in Finance from San Diego State University in 1985. He worked in corporate finance and ultimately became the Finance Manager for a division, Medtronic, Inc., a Fortune 500 company and inventor of the cardiac pacemaker.

In 1989, Ed gave up the corporate world for the law and attended the University of San Diego School of Law. He graduated in 1992, magna cum laude, and was a Member and an Editor of the San Diego Law Review. He practiced briefly in San Diego and then moved to Colorado in 1993.

Ed has been handling plaintiff’s personal injury cases for almost 20 years. He has first-chaired jury trials and has litigated in both State and Federal Court. He has taken cases from intake through appeal. He is a tireless advocate for his clients and endeavors to make the process of pursuing an injury claim as stress-free as possible.

Ed loves Colorado and can often be found in the mountains in his spare time. He has climbed all of Colorado’s “14ers” and is an avid outdoor photographer. One of his photographs was featured on the cover of the 2009 June edition of Colorado Lawyer. Ed is married to the love of his life, Libby Rife, a public school teacher. He lives in southeast Denver, along with Libby and their three cats.

Andrea Fuller

As the Pre-litigation Liaison, Andrea specializes in supporting people through the whole process with a human touch. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Boston University and worked for more than 20 years in the field of personal development. Her commitment is to support all clients to be empowered through what can often be a difficult and trying process. You can count on Andrea to be an extraordinary listener, partner and advocate on your behalf.

David McCarthy

Paralegal

David McCarthy has 6 years of experience as a civil litigation paralegal. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Fort Lewis College and a Post-Baccalaureate Paralegal Certificate from Emory University. David has lived most of his life in Colorado and has ties to communities in Fort Collins, Durango, Evergreen, Denver, and Glenwood Springs. He loves the outdoors and spends as much of his free time as possible fishing, hiking, skiing, and river rafting. David’s personal and professional compassion and commitment to helping others, along with his hard work and dedication, have helped many clients receive the justice they deserved. David is married to his lovely wife, Emily, a stay at home mom. He lives in Evergreen, along with Emily, his three year old daughter Lila and their black lab mix, Rico.

Haley Norris

Paralegal

A Colorado Native with strong ties to the Community, Haley is a recent graduate of the Paralegal Certification Course at the University of Colorado at Denver.Prior to her choosing to follow in the footsteps of her mother who was a paralegal for 10 years, Haley worked for the Ken-Caryl Ranch Metropolitan District where she created and executed lesson plans for students in kindergarten through sixth grade routinely addressing the needs and concerns of parents regarding children and their developmental needs.
